The Sealed Archives

The Sealed Archives is a sanctified chamber within the Vault of Lumen. It is here that the Awakened submit to the power of the Lumen Array, a hidden repository of knowledge. Your Awakened Seals, each an NFT from the Awakening collection, undergo calibration over time to align with the higher harmonics of truth and Enlightenment.

The Awakened Seals

The Awakened Seals is a utility chamber within the Vault of Lumen. It is here that you can explore the entirety of The Awakening to discover rarity multipliers, available listings and locate owners of Awakened Seals.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Connect Your Wallet
  2. Visit the Sealed Archives Page: Begin your journey by connecting your wallet. From this moment, you will start accumulating points. You do not need to remain on the site for points to accumulate.
  3. Unlist NFTs to Qualify: Only Awakened Seals that are unlisted from the marketplace are eligible to earn points.
  4. Submit Your Discord Name: Navigate to the Awakened Seals page, press “Who Owns It,” and submit your Discord name. This step helps build the community, and your name will be associated with your wallet, visible only if someone searches for your NFT. This feature is intended to be a tool that helps to facilitate trades within The Sanctum of our Discord server.

Understanding Points

Lucidity

  • Calculation: For every hour your NFT remains unlisted, you earn 1 Lucidity. This base value is then multiplied by the rarity multiplier of your NFT to determine your final score.
  • Final Lucidity = 1 × Rarity Multiplier
  • Rarity Multipliers: The rarest NFT has a multiplier of 2, while the least rare has a multiplier of 1. Multipliers scale linearly, meaning the 833rd rarest NFT (out of 1666) will have a multiplier of 1.5.
  • 1st Calibration: The 1st calibration in The Vault of Lumen is a 12-week cycle. After 12 weeks of calibration, it is said that participants will be ready for Enlightenment.
  • 2nd Calibration: Awakened Seals do not lose their purpose or value after the 1st Calibration or after Enlightenment has occurred. The 2nd Calibration begins immediately upon conclusion of the 1st Calibration and beyond Enlightenment. The mysteries of the 2nd Calibration have not yet been revealed.

Sigils

  • Calculation: We use a formula called log compression. The purpose of this formula is to achieve a better distribution for Sigils. Compared to other methods like linear calculations, the log compression penalizes whales to a degree, ensuring they are not getting a large over-allocation of Sigils. We do this to guarantee fairness and to value each member's contribution almost equally, independently of the size of your wallet. If you hold 1 or more Awakening NFTs you are also guaranteed to have a minimum of 1 Sigil.
  • Eligibility: You become eligible to earn Sigils one week after connecting your wallet. Points accumulated during this initial period will contribute to your Sigils.
  • Purpose: Sigils are symbolic keys that unlock secret passages in the Sealed Archives. They are foreseen by mystics as the path to Enlightenment.

Updates and Snapshots

  • Score and Sigils Updates: These are updated every two hours, at the top of the hour (e.g., 14:00, 16:00, 18:00).
  • Listed Updates: These occur every 30 minutes (e.g., 22:00, 22:30, 23:00).
  • Oath Passes: Snapshots of Oath Pass holders are taken weekly at random times and days. As the Vault of Lumen approaches its closure, rewards will be revealed based on these snapshots.

Additional Information

New Purchases: If you've recently purchased additional Awakening NFTs and do not see them in the Sealed Archive, remember that the archive updates every hour. Check back later to see your new Awakened Seals appear.

Wallet and Points Visibility: After connecting your wallet for the first time, it will take up to one hour for your Suins name/subname and points to propagate. Accumulated points update every hour thereafter.
