We check whether the project receives real replies and community activity or if engagement appears inorganic.

Team Transparency

We check whether the team is publicly known, verifiable, and has a credible history.

  • Fake or impersonated team
  • Fully anonymous
  • Public but unverifiable
  • Public and verifiable with relevant experience

Website Presence

We check if the project has a functional, informative website.

  • No website
  • Broken or non-functional site
  • Placeholder or minimal site
  • Fully functional and informative site

Community Chat

We check if the project has a presence on platforms like Discord or Telegram, and whether those communities are active.

  • No chat platforms
  • One platform (Telegram or Discord)
  • Both platforms with visible activity

Roadmap

We check if the project has a defined roadmap and whether there is evidence of progress.

  • No roadmap
  • Vague or generic roadmap
  • Detailed roadmap
  • Roadmap with visible progress or delivery

Utility / Use Case

We check whether the project offers actual utility or just empty promises.

  • No utility
  • Unrealistic or buzzword-filled claims
  • Plausible and developing utility
  • Working, live utility

Partnerships

We check for any real or claimed collaborations and whether those are confirmed by both parties.

  • No partnerships
  • Claimed but unverified
  • Confirmed and public

Twitter Spaces Activity

We check the project’s participation or hosting of Twitter Spaces within the past 30 days.

  • No Twitter Spaces
  • 1–2 appearances
  • 3–5 appearances
  • 6 or more appearances

Shill Factor

We check which influencers, if any, are promoting the project and their reputability.

  • Promoted by known grifters
  • Excessive shilling by questionable figures
  • Neutral presence
  • No influencer activity (organic growth)

Project Age

We check how long the project has existed, based on Twitter creation, smart contract date, or announcement history.

  • Under 15 days
  • 15–30 days
  • 30–90 days
  • Over 90 days

Red Flag Tracker

Certain low-scoring selections automatically trigger red flags on the final PNG scorecard. These flags provide additional context for risk, even if the overall score appears high.

Examples of red flags include:

  • Fake followers or botted engagement
  • Anonymous or fake team
  • No website
  • No utility
  • No roadmap
  • New project under 15 days old
  • Grifter influencer involvement
  • No Twitter Spaces

Red flags are displayed prominently on the generated PNG scorecard and used as hard warnings to viewers.

Risk Tiers

Projects receive a final score and are assigned to a risk tier:

  • 75–100: Low Risk (✅)
  • 50–74: Moderate Risk (⚠️)
  • 25–49: High Risk (⚠️)
  • 0–24: Extreme Risk (⚠️)

These tiers appear on the bottom of each scorecard.

Final Output

Each scorecard is output as a PNG containing:

  1. Project name
  2. Twitter handle
  3. Uploaded icon
  4. All metric scores
  5. Red flags (if applicable)
  6. Overall score and risk tier
  7. "Evaluated by The Order" branding
